Secured Lending sits within the SL Capital group — a loan facility manager that lends and invests in secured debt transactions. SL Capital is also home to the SL Premium Income Fund, which provides access to private lending investments for wholesale and sophisticated investors.

Secured Lending is headquartered at 1 Sussex Street, Barangaroo, Sydney NSW 2000, and operates nationally across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, and surrounding regional areas where suitable property security exists.

## Process

**1. Enquiry (same day).** Submit a scenario via the website form, phone (1300 795 175), or email (info@securedlending.com.au). A senior lending specialist reviews the deal and responds with an honest assessment — usually within hours. No obligation at this stage.

**2. Indicative terms (same day).** If the deal fits appetite, indicative terms are provided the same day, covering proposed loan amount, rate, term, security requirements, and conditions.

**3. Letter of offer (within 24 hours).** Once terms are agreed, a formal Letter of Offer is issued immediately to allow the loan to progress without delay.

**4. Valuation and security (concurrent).** Secured Lending's internal property valuation team assesses the security simultaneously with credit underwriting — eliminating the lag common with external valuation processes.

**5. Legal documentation.** Loan documentation is prepared and executed. For time-sensitive deals, Secured Lending's legal panel operates at pace with the transaction timeline.

**6. Settlement.** For qualifying deals — clear title, strong security, credible exit strategy — settlement is achievable within 24 hours from a signed loan agreement and satisfied conditions. Complex deals involving extended valuation or legal review may take 2–5 business days.
