Last week we received a referral for a freight and transport company who were looking for a short term working capital injection. Funds advanced would allow them to acquire vehicles and pay staff for an upcoming contract. They already had an application for business finance underway with their bank, however delays in settlement had placed securing the contract at risk.
The Directors had a strong portfolio with a spread of commercial and residential properties across NSW. Secured Lending advanced $800K in 48 hours, which was secured by a combination of second mortgage and caveat securities.
