About Us

At SL Capital, we bring decades of experience across the accounting, finance, and property sectors—enabling us to deliver fast, reliable financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of Australian businesses. We specialise in short-term funding without the delays or complications often found in traditional lending channels. We understand complex lending and offer strategic funding solutions for our clients.

Immediate Access to Capital

We use our own funds, allowing us to settle loans while other lenders are still processing paperwork. This speed is powered by our deep lending expertise and streamlined internal processes.

Transparent, No-Nonsense Approach

We offer fast, short-term funding—without the games. From initial assessment to settlement, we keep things straightforward, professional, and honest.

In-House Valuation Expertise

Our internal property valuation team has extensive experience in development and real estate analysis. This allows us to quickly assess all forms of property security, including partially completed developments and land banks.

Experts in Bridging Finance

Bridging finance is one of our core specialities. Whether you’re navigating a time-sensitive transaction, managing a development pipeline, or handling a cash flow gap, we know how to structure the right solution quickly.

Fast Settlement – First & Second Mortgages

We can settle 1st and 2nd mortgage loans within 24 hours, up to $10 million. Our typical loan terms range from 3 to 6 months, with interest rates starting at 1% per month.

Decisions in Hours, Not Days
