Payday Super: The 7-Day Deadline That Turns Unpaid Super into ATO Debt

Payday Super is now law. From 1 July 2026, super must reach your employees' funds within 7 business days of payday, or it becomes a Superannuation Guarantee Charge owed directly to the ATO. Here is what employers need to know, and how finance can bridge a shortfall.
