Second Mortgage Finance
A second mortgage sits behind your existing bank facility. It lets you release equity from a property without refinancing or disturbing your current loan. Combined LVR is typically capped at 75%. Second mortgages are ideal for working capital, bridging finance, debt consolidation, or funding a time-sensitive opportunity.
